An Integrative Approach to Gut Healing & Holistic Nutrition

My work supports your health on two levels: deep, root-cause gut healing and holistic nutrition guidance. At the center of both is the understanding that your body is intelligent, interconnected, and always communicating. When digestion or the microbiome is imbalanced, symptoms often arise: bloating, gas, abdominal discomfort, irregular bowel movements, food reactions, energy crashes, brain fog, anxiety, and mood fluctuations. Together, we work to restore harmony in the GI tract and nourish your whole system.

I draw from holistic nutritional therapy, nutrition science, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, naturopathic principles, and somatic/nervous system practices to create clear, personalized plans. This may include targeted whole-food nutrition, therapeutic supplements and herbs, microbiome support, and holistic lifestyle strategies that strengthen digestion and nourish the nervous system.

I offer two pathways, depending on the depth of support you’re seeking:

  • Flora – a comprehensive, functional-gut-healing program that uses advanced lab testing (like stool analysis, food sensitivity testing, and nutritional assessments) to map your digestive landscape and create a targeted, root-cause protocol. Ideal for those wanting full clarity and deep transformation.

  • Microflora – a lighter holistic nutrition and lifestyle support option for those who want personalized guidance without the intensive testing component. Focused on nourishment, balance, and sustainable daily shifts.

Both pathways meet you where you are and offer integrative, thoughtful support to help you feel clearer, more balanced, and deeply at home in your body.

What to expect

Our process begins with a complimentary discovery call to explore your health goals and determine if we're a good fit. Next, we'll order any necessary functional lab work, such as comprehensive stool analysis and food sensitivity testing, and you'll complete a nutritional assessment questionnaire and food & mood journal.

During our initial 90-minute appointment, we'll dive deep into your health history, review lab results, and discuss your current state of health. I'll then develop a personalized wellness plan with targeted dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.

I suggest scheduling follow-up appointments every 2-4 weeks to allow us to track your progress, adjust your protocol, and provide ongoing support. As your health stabilizes, we'll gradually space out appointments as needed. Throughout our work together, you'll have direct access to me via email and phone for any questions about your wellness plan.
